Why We Exist
Helping people become the best version of themselves
We believe that achieving a healthier and stronger lifestyle is about more than simply going to the gym.
You can train hard, push yourself through another set, and give everything you have during a workout. But proper nutrition plays an important role in supporting your training, recovery, and overall wellness.
That is why we are committed to making nutritional supplements more accessible to people in Rwanda.
Whether you are an experienced athlete, someone starting your fitness journey, or simply looking for products that complement your nutritional needs, our goal is to make it easier for you to find the products you are looking for.
How We Started
A simple idea that started abroad
The idea behind J&Y Food Supplement began when our founder travelled abroad and noticed something that stood out to him: supplement stores were common, making products such as protein powders, creatine, vitamins, and other nutritional supplements easily accessible to people interested in fitness and wellness.
When he returned to Rwanda, he noticed a different reality. These products were not as readily available, and people who wanted to improve their nutrition and fitness often had limited access to the products they needed.
That experience inspired the creation of J&Y Food Supplement.
We wanted to help close that gap by bringing quality supplements from trusted brands and making them available to customers here in Rwanda.

Our Commitment
Quality. Accessibility. Customer Care.
We are committed to offering genuine products, providing clear information about what we sell, and giving our customers a convenient and reliable shopping experience.
As we grow, our goal remains the same as when the idea first began:
To make it easier for people in Rwanda to access quality supplements and support their journey toward a healthier life.
